Participant Preparation

The health and safety of our participants is of utmost importance to us. Antinanco has robust safety systems in place and utilizes a diligent approach to risk assessment, mitigation, and management to protect and enhance the participants' experiences with us.

Our small number of programs allows us to provide detailed attention to each participant during all stages of the program, including pre-program planning. We tailor our risk management practices to the specific needs of each participant.

To best prepare participants, we conduct pre-program interviews and send out informational packets, guidelines and medical forms to set clear expectations about environmental and cultural awareness, personal responsibility and conduct, and health and safety while traveling with us. Prior to departure, we conduct pre-travel orientation meetings and perform medical screening to assess how we might be able to best support and accommodate any limitations or restrictions. Participants are provided with confidential channels for reporting any concerns.
